The General Staff

Using the General Staff tab, you can:

• Launch a nuclear program. A nuclear program is needed to construct nuclear submarines and nuclear missiles.
• Sign a non-aggression pact.
• Spy on the enemy army. The result depends on the Security Service development level (e.g. the number of stars, staff and salaries).
• Conquer a country.
• Free a country. You can grant independence to a conquered country.
• Machinery construction. It is required to have active machinery.
• Black market. You get machinery instantly, but it costs more.
